Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original box with all internal protective padding, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our distribution center using a trackable and insured carrier.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
